Manager Evaluation | Well the new start to the club has been solid but nothing spectacular. The dead wood will be and needs to be gotten rid of and new talent brought in, perhaps greater ability upfront. After finishing a comfortable 1st in their group in the UEFA Cup, AZ will be attempting to have a good run in Europe, silverware is the final goal and then in the league, a good mid-table finish would be lovely after being on the bottom for so long.
