Michael (Mark Jensen) and Bruce (PJ Parker) are the joint owners of a computer software company that is the subject of a fierce takeover bid by a rival corporation.
Then Eloise (Melanie Holt), an inexperienced, underqualified 22-year old, applies for a job as Michael's personal assistant. She's intelligent, she's got a sense of humour, and she just happens to be good-looking. Michael hires her on the spot..
