| Loosely based on Othello by William Shakespeare, Eloise is a love story set against the high-powered background of corporate takeovers and fast-paced business decisions worth millions of dollars. Michael (Mark Jensen) and Bruce (PJ Parker) are the joint owners of a computer software company that is the subject of a fierce takeover bid by a rival corporation. Then Eloise (Melanie Holt), an inexperienced, underqualified 22-year old, applies for a job as Michael's personal assistant. She's intelligent, she's got a sense of humour, and she just happens to be good-looking. Michael hires her on the spot.. But is Eloise all she claims to be? In fact, is anything what it seems to be? There are a lot of selfish people out there - they lie, steal and manipulate. And how do you tell them apart? |
