Charlie is an Engineer by day and a Farmer by heart. Louise is a Psychiatric Nurse and a Chaplain. Thirty-three years ago, they moved to this farmhouse, which included a very large barn that Louise's grandfather built, additional buildings which were part of Elm Dairy Farm years ago, and nearly 5 acres of land.
Charlie is a strong advocate of land preservation. The seeds were planted to hopefully someday utilize the land productively, and all the while maintain the open space. At the time, the barn was being used to board horses, followed by raising hogs for eight years. |
