Ultimately, the 3rd edition came about because my sister suggested that I post the Yunnan photographs on the Web for her viewing pleasure. That simple idea acquired a life of its own but what you see now is still a long way off from the perceived end result. Thanks for instigating such a wonderful chore, elder sis!
