Officer David J. Topping graduated from Thomas A. Edison High School in 1986 and attended Ithaca College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology in 1990. Officer Topping was hired as a Patrolman by the EHPD in June of 1993. Department duties include Accident Investigator and Warrant Control officer. Officer Topping is married with twin daughters.
