Thank you for your inquiry in the the Elmira Heights Kids House Program. The program was inacted to provide safe houses for kids to go to when in danger. Applications for the program can be picked up at the Elmira Heights Police Department. All applicants will be asked to submit to a Police records check. All applicants will be asked to give personal references. all members are asked to use common sense and not to interfere unless it is necessary. The chairperson of this program is Traci Vanrensselaer. Her information is on the packet that is located at the Elmira Heights Police Department.
