� We had been in touch with Brother Tom and had agreed that when the private Yacht he works on was in port at Tampa we would drive the seventy miles from Bushnell to the Tampa Yacht Club to visit him.
The day came when the owner was going to be away for the evening. We arrived at 4:00PM as scheduled.

Continuing adventure

. During the second week of December our daughter Pat and her boyfriend Craig were vacationing at a time share in southern Florida. On the 12th they traveled the four hours up to see us and Aunt Peggy.
We arranged to meet at the Home Depot in Lady Lake and lead them to Aunt Peggy's where she served us a great lasagna dinner.
Later on we all went to the Village square and enjoyed the music and the sights.

Tom came out to meet us on the dock, but it was not necessary as he had told us it would be the biggest boat in the marina.
.........It was........ He gave us the tour and of course we were impressed.��

      We had intended on taking Tom out for a nice dinner, after all he cooks all the time. But, he had already put together a Thanksgiving dinner, turkey, dressing and all. We were surprised and pleased to eat his dinner.
       Before and after dinner we sat in the lounge, pictured above and talked about our travels and family and so on. We all enjoyed the visit and discussed the possibility of driving down to Fort Lauderdale to spend Christmas with Tom and Chris.
     We said our good-byes and drove the hour back to our RV home.

Craig, Pat and Aunt Peggy traveled by golf cart and Jo and I went by car. Of course they beat us and were waiting for us when we finally arrived.

After dark, it started to get chilly, we went back to Aunt Peggy's and left for Bushnell and our home. Pat and Craig stayed with us the night. In the morning I made pancakes and sausage for all.

It was determined that we were only about 30 miles from Craig's Mom, stepdad and brother. So, later on we drove over to visit.
Craig's Mom laid out a nice Italian table and we all filled up and then had a nice visit.

After our visit we followed Craig and Pat for a short distance and then we turned north while they continued the four hours back to Fort Lauderdale.
Nice to see the kids and just before Christmas.
