The Threat of the El Macho

The question most commonly asked question here at SPLTNEMBG Headquarters, beyond, "Why are you guys so frickin' psycho?!?", is, "Why does this animal present such a danger to these trees?" Well, below, we hope to answer this question.

At first the friction of the El Macho mating causes individual fires in trees (El Macho's are arboreal), like this:

However, with such a large population around the area, a fire in one Limestoney Tree soon joins with another, and another, and the fire continues to grow.

Soon after, the El Machos trample down the remaining trees, like the ones in the picture at the top of the page. Soon, beautiful are rare Limestoney Tree forests are turned into this:

This used to be a thriving Limestoney Tree forest.
