Films
-In the Hand of Prophesy (ITHOP)
ITHOP is our only full film thus far, but we hope to be able to add more to this list in the near future.

Most of our films come from random ideas, plans of spoofs, or games we play.  Some ideas have been:

-Francis
--(Is being worked on, more information is under the current project page.  Much fun!)

-The Lord of the Rings
--(We did start filming, this was our first project and we didn't get very far.  We were also relying on everyone's knowledge of the books rather than creating a script, so we had to redo the scenes several times.  We might put  this footage under special features of ITHOP.)

-Mesazoic Park
--(We had one scene written.  It was going to be a comedy, using plastic toys as dinosaurs.  Very much a Jurasic Park spoof.)

-Our Scifi
--(Never even got a title.  We had a bunch of characters and a few events lined up, but no real plot.)

-Monty Python Style Hair Salon
--(We actualy filmed it.  We had an outline to work with even though we never wrote an actual script, but one character had missed the end, and our dog kept coming in in the middle of scenes or barking off set.  It was about 15 minutes long and wasn't any good.)

-End of the world?
--(We started trying to script this, and this wasn't the actual title.  We didn't really have one for it.  It was going to be about a bunch of teens who one girl convinces that the world is going to end, and we see them deal with it.  They'd also be given other challenges or issues and by the end become stronger people and stuff.)

-My Comedy
--(Based on a game, it probobly would have been fairly humorous if we could have pulled it off.  The main characters spent the entire time trying to kill each other, continually stopped from it by the castle's own magic activated every dawn.)

-My Vampire Movie
--(I would really like to do this, however, while I have a plot and several characters, I don't have actors to fill most of my characters and only one scene written.  Plus, we would have issues with special effects and stuff.)

The primary outlet of our imagination has always been through fantasy games.  These started with us playing castle or adventurers as little kids, or pretending to be Star Wars characters.  They've evolved into a form of improve acting that allows for pausing, rewinding and discussing plot lines as we go.  Sometimes we don't even know what other members are doing, several times we've had people trying to kill other characters or plotting to take over the world.  We can play six different characters, or one character in six different disguises.  Sometimes they compleatly flop, but other times we end up with very clear plot lines.  These are sometimes written down and have formed the basis for some of our better scripts.  Usually whoever played the role in the game will act it in the movie, but sometimes we have to switch things around.  In the script we filmed this summer and are working on editing, Ben and Anne are playing their own characters, Sam is playing one of his, and I (Allison), am giving away all of my character to limit gender switching and to allow me to direct.  (For imformation on cast members, go to the ITHOP page and click on cast).

We have also started random filming where props are drawn from a bag and one person controls the camera while the others throw together an improve skit.  We have a lot of fun and hope to bring more actual film to this page soon.

-A D&D Film
--(If you play dungens and dragons and have seen the movies of that title, you probably know that they can't reflect the game at all.  They don't hold a candle to it.  I doubt we could either, but the idea is that the players are thrown into the game by a cursed artifact the DM picked up, and their characters are controled by the various deities from the game, while the DM is left in a comma and the game runs itself.  I want to do it.  I even filmed a few seconds of it, but we really don't have the special effects to pull it off.)

-Household Spirits
--(A boy is going to stay with his mom for the summer because his parents recently divorced.  He's never been to her house before and discovers that it is inhabited by fairy ish creatures that his mother can't see but are living in their cabinents and the basement.  He befriends one and then eventually needs their help to save his mom)
I need a budget.  We need costumes and special effects and more cameras and editing software.  Our special effects drawer consists of IMovie special effects, Halloween costume makeup, a few lights, silly string, dry ice and fireworks.
