Brie Ellis
Hi Im Brie and I'm 15 years old as of July 11, 2005, when I was about 3 years old  my family got our first dog Jeshi Kahna CGC, TDI, Am/Can CD "Jessie" a yellow lab. My sister Jill started training her with Gayle of Gayle Persons Dog Trainging Academy, and soon she joined 4-h, when Jill droped out of the dog world Jessie was a couch potato until I turned 8 and started working her,  joining the Monroe County K-9 Kids 4-h club in the process. Shortly after I started working Jessie I got her TDI and AM CD a few years later I got her Can CD. when I was 10 My brother got a Rotweiler, U-CD HotRod's Demilition Derby CGC "Zack". About a year later he went to college and I started working the unruley Zack. Shortly after I did the unbelievable and got his CGC. Zack was doing so much better. At matches I was laughed at because the dog weighed more then me and people never thought I could control him. I had to learn to read his body launguage and know when he would break a stay to go to another dog. When he did break a stay, I showed everyone that I was capable of handling him by being able to catch and control him. Everyone was impressed with Zack's progress with me and when he was 3 I started thinking about getting his AKC CD. Then Jill got out of college and got his UKC CD a month or two later. When I was around 11 I started hanging around with Amanda Inzinna of Canami Shelties and started getting into the world of Breed and started obedience training some of her dogs. My first and favorite was Canami Silvan, "Woody". I got a few 3rds with him in juniors and got a blue ribbon in obedience and Grooming and Handling  at the state fair after only 3 weeks of training.. Then I decided I had to have my own sheltie, it was just a matter of waiting for the right Blue Merle with an attitude. When I was 12 Blaze (U-CD Canami Blue Blazer CGC, TDI, Am/Can CD, RE) came along he was perfect. He was a natural in the ring.  Before Blaze the juniors ring was just for fun I never won. I got a few thirds and fourths but nothing higher then that. My first time in the Juniors ring with him I went first in my class (I was the only one) but then I went Best Junior over quite a few. That win didn't count but I soon got another first over a class of 14. He was also very smart and at 8 months old got Reserve Grand Champion in his Beginner B class at the state fair. When he was a year old and still very small looking I gave up on him being a breed dog. Then Buzz (Canami's H've Ya Herd The News CGC, RA) came along(Woody's nephew). He had such a cool color and attitude and I knew I had to have him,  and Mandy too said I should take him ( we thank her greatly for letting us have such a pretty puppy). After convincing my mom we got him, and Mandy allowed us to take him as long as she was the co-owner i agreed, and I  have high hopes for him. He was also a natural and quickly got me my last 2 wins in only one weekend over classes of 7 and 8 at only 6 months old, then got me a second place in an open junior class. I am pictured above my first time in the juniors ring in Canada with Buzz winning my class of about 14. Then Gwen fell into our laps. Before I got Blaze I trained some of Mandy's dogs and when Gwen (Canami's Persuaded In Blue) was a puppy she was one of those dogs. Mandy sold her a few months later.. Over a year after she took her, her owner decided she couldn't keep her, I quickly said I would take her, And although Mandy is her full owner and im the co-owner Mandy allows her to live with us, though she is a bit unruley i fully plan on getting her some titles.

I also train in Flyball, Agility, and Rally.
