In art class we used famous paintings of western artists and then we changed them. Using other famous Japanese wood block prints we cut out things and pasted them on the western painting, making it a Japanese painting. Then we took a wood block and carved the new picture into the wood. After we finished that we put ink on the wood and printed out wodd block prints!! It was really fun!
