In art class we are learning about
perspective. After learning how to draw reflections well we went on to
something a little bit bigger. We looked at a picture painted by a
fmous artist. He had drawn three balls and in the middle one he drew
his reflection, so of himself painting a picture in a room painting a
picture of himself in a room and so on. We then had to sketch the
picture but instead of him, we drew ourselves in his place. After that
we painted it using light, medium, and dark shades and used techniques
so that our painting looked really 3D. We also focused a lot on shadows
and to make the lines curve like a real reflection then what we think
it should be, which is a straight line. We also used a certain color
since we wanted to focus different tones. After that we could choose
any colors we wanted but I wanted to do everything blue except for me.
