Well if the age old saying "A change is as good as a holiday" is true, then what is as good as a change AND and holiday? Who knows, ask me in 2 weeks. I feel slightly more human now. After nearly a year without having my hair done for fear of hurting our unborn child with the toxic chemicals, I got the full treatment last night. Cut, colour, foils, shampoo, massage and style. Ahhhh I feel like my old self again. And of course, in just over a week its the trip to Victoria for the family reunion over Easter... good old pagan ritual that one. I just love it for the public holidays!

Had my 'interview' with the Rainforest Gardens at Mount Cotton on Tuesday - dont know why they would call it an interview, its not like I was on the hunt for a job. Anyway, I took some of my sample cards up there, and you could have knocked me down with a feather - they not only loved my work, they bought the whole box and would like me to do up some sample wedding invitations etc (they host alot of weddings, naming ceremonies etc) and help plan events. So there you go - another win in the business department!

Tuesday was also our 3rd wedding anniversary and I'm sorry to say I havnt got my present yet - apparently it is still being made. Hubby got his present tho - 5 laps around Willowbank Raceway in a real V8 supercar. Lesson, practice and hot laps all included. He was most impressed, and so he should be!
