Introduction"Flee from the wrath to come" is a very unpopular message in any age. I don't like spreading this warning any more than I would like to have to tell an apartment building full of people that their building was ablaze and they must flee to safety. I don't look forward to the death and destruction soon to occur. I wish there was another way to end the evil in this world. Unfortunately, just as there was no way for Jesus to take other than to go to the Cross, there is no other way for evil to be dealt with. The basic information on how we got into this civil war is summarized in my essay Jesus is coming soon. The gospel of Jesus Christ has been preached world wide now, spread by His disciples for almost 2000 years. That span of human history, the Age of Grace, is coming to an end. Just as Israel and Judah received their warnings to repent and turn to the Lord before their final punishment came, this generation of humanity is receiving its final warnings. This world is stricken with droughts, storms, earthquakes, famines, plagues, and other signs of the end times like never before in history. The building is clearly on fire, folks. We've got two choices here. We can flee for our lives to safety in Jesus' arms, or we can stay here and burn with the building, that is, try to survive the Tribulation of seven years of wars, deaths, and horror on an unimaginable scale. About half of the people currently alive won't survive it, and those that do will envy the dead. Eventually everyone will have to stand before their Heavenly Judge, and those who weren't part of God's kingdom will be cast into Hell. That is the ultimate fate of everyone who chooses to stay in Satan's kingdom, whether they do it by active choice or passive procrastination. So, even though this is an unpopular message, I put it on this site in the hopes that some people will read it and be saved. I'm not trying to spread fear or hatred. I'm concerned that somehow, some way, you receive the truth about what is happening now and what is going to happen in the near future. Jesus is coming soon for His church, just as He came to die for us 2000 years ago. Bible prophecies have always been fulfilled exactly as the Lord told us through His prophets. He never does anything without telling us with plenty of time to spread the warning to everyone who will hear. Will you hear? Or will you dismiss this as the rantings of a lunatic? I'm not asking you to take anything by blind faith. There are plenty of books, magazines, and radio and television programs by learned scholars of Bible prophecy who are explaining how current events fit exactly into the Biblical prophecies of conditions just before the Church is removed from Earth in the Rapture and the seven years of the Tribulation take place. God doesn't want to save anyone without their voluntary consent. Unlike His foe Satan, God gives you the chance to hear both sides of the story of the civil war currently raging and to make up your own mind as to who is in the right and who is in the wrong in the way people have suffered in all levels of the Heavenlies and Earth. Jesus has paid the price for your redemption, and all you have to do is accept it and swear your allegiance to God and renounce any ties to Satan.
Just as you have to apply for citizenship in another Earthly country, you now have to apply for citizenship in God's kingdom and swear allegiance to Him to escape this predicament. Jesus has done everything that had to be done for you to receive this free gift, except that He can't ask for it for you. You must make that decision voluntarily for yourself. God wants everyone to be saved, but He won't force that on you. I've written about this in a number of the essays listed below in more detail.
I can't give you an exact date of His arrival, partly because He didn't give one and partly because He said not to in the first place. However, He did give us signs to look for to indicate when it was about to take place. Among the foremost are the rebirth of a physical state of Israel and its recovery of Jerusalem. He said that that would occur at the time of the last generation before His coming, that that generation would not pass before these particular prophecies of His coming and the Tribulation were fulfilled. Israel was reborn in 1948, so there have been over 50 years of this generation that have passed and there are still members of it alive. We also know from the Bible that there should be 6000 years of human history, and we are coming up on the 6000 year mark as well. That is why so many Christians are eagerly looking for His return, and eagerly trying to get as many people saved as possible. We could be wrong, of course, but the worst that could happen in that case is that we just have to keep watching while still trying to get people to be saved and become loving, kind-hearted, generous, helpful Christians. Given the shape the world is in, we need all the "good guys" we can get, so every day of delay is another chance to bring more people into the safety of God's kingdom before the Tribulation does finally erupt. It also means there will be more Christians to spread the word and save even more. And finally, it means a little more time for the unsaved to consider the Gospel message and make that decision.
Please join God's family while you still can. Pray this prayer sincerely and you will be saved: Dear God, I'm sorry for my sins. I want to join your Heavenly family and I submit to King Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I renounce anything to do with Satan, his kingdom, and his ways. Please save me and adopt me as one of Your children. In Jesus' Name, Amen
