The Holy Bible, Old King James Version. The Bible is an essential resource for anyone. God's wisdom exceeds that of any man when you need guidance in any area of life. Where man's wisdom succeeds, you will find it is because it agreed with God in that area. There are many translations available, and it is often useful to compare different versions when deciphering the meaning of a difficult passage, but I prefer the Old King James over the newer versions.
