Fri 24th Nov: Met Vinny, a guy I have been chatting to on the net in town. Bought the shoes I didn't buy with Gemma the other day. Vinny was nice.

Weds 22nd Nov: Depressing day :( Got up and went into University for my 9 am lecture, but couldn't face going, so I sat in the library and e-mailed Cheryl instead. Spent all afternoon looking for books on the denazification of Germany through the media. Wow.

Tues 21st Nov: My mate Gem went home this morning and I spent all afternoon catching up on sleep. And as if I didn't spend enough yesterday, I bought another top today.

Mon 20th Nov: Finally handed my Islamic Iberia essay in. Was actually quite happy with it. But retail therapy was definitely called for. So off Gem and I went. She bought some Millie's Cookies. I bought trousers, a cardigan, a top, a dress... etc. I don't usually spend that much on clothes, although my flatmate Karine won't believe me. In the evening, Gem and I went to the Union Bar to play pool.

Sun 19th Nov: Went to 'The Wolds' for the music quiz. We didn't do badly, and it was weird seeing 3 of my close friends (Ros, Gem and James), none of whom know any of the others particularly well, together. Ended up watching the pilot episode of 'Nightrider' around Paul's. Great fun.

Sat 18th Nov: Worked bloody hard Weds-Fri. Gem arrived for her weekend visit, and we went to Media and had great fun ;) Carl Cox was DJing, and the atmosphere and setting was cool (always is), but NOTHING had any words, I knew next to nothing, and I know quite a lot of House. Just not the hard variety.
