Lumpiang Shanghai

(Pork Egg Roll)

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
2 stalk green onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. black pepper
30 pcs. egg roll wrappers
oil for deep frying


Mix ground pork, green onions, salt, pepper, and eggs thoroughly.  Take spoonfuls of the mixed ingredients and wrap in egg roll wrappers.  The rolled lumpia should be 1/2 to 3/4 in diameter.  Cut length into 3 to 4 inches long.  Fry until brown and crunchy.  Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
