Leche Flan

Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
13 oz. evaporated milk

Scald milk in a double boiler for 15 minutes.  Blend the egg yolks with sugar, milk, and flavoring.  Pour into mold lined with caramelized sugar.  Placed this in a bigger pan half filled with water and steam bake until the mixture becomes firm.  Let it cool down before removing from mold.
