*The d�coction
Put the plants in cold or warm
water and let it boil. The water shall boil 10 minutes at least and then, leave
it to steep for 30 minutes. Sometimes few hours are necessary. Then filter the
liquid.
Don't boil the liquorice roots or you will have bitter fluids.Soapwort
only boilt for a few seconds and is quickly taken out.
Black Alder ( 2 or 3 years old bark) must boilt for 10 minutes and soak
5 or 6 hours at least, before use.
*Steeping
has to be done when the water is cold. Leave both fluid and plants together for a certain time.
*Poultice :
Mix cold water with flax flour. Stir it softly while boiling, until the blending thicken. Stop when the mix is thick enough. Then, set out the blending between two linen, wait for the temperature to be correct and use it.
ABOUT OILS
Only use them from time to
time, the more you can have is 1 to 3 drops at the same time, diluted in water
and inhaled only, 2 to 3 time per day. If you tend to exceed this limit, the
toxic risks are important. Never drink them.

� *Anguish :
D�coction : Hop ( cones ) +
Passionflower ( plant ) + White Willow ( bark ) + May blossom
Mix in equal parts ; 5 oune per cup : 1 cup of light decoction in the mornig
and one before sleeping.
� *Cold :
D�coction : Ground Ivy ( plant )
+ Hyssop ( plant ) + Juniper berry + Fir ( bud ) + Eucalyptus ( leaves ) +
Thyme ( flowers and leaves ) .
Mix in equal parts ; 5 ounce per cup ; drink many hot cups during the meals.
To inhale : 2 or 3 drops of Thyme Oil in hot water.
In the evening : Bath feet in hot salted water, plus Lavander and Eucalyptus
oils, briskly mixed. Keep the bath hot and mix it quickly several times to keep
the oils in suspension. Enjoy this bath for several days !
� *Flatulence :
D�coction : Dill ( seed ) + Green
Anise ( seed ) + Coriander (seed ) + Cumin (seed ) + Fennel ( seed ) + Basil (
leaves ) + Speedwell ( leaves )
Mix in equal parts : 1 cup of light decoction when needed.
If it hurts : Val�rian ( root ) + Balm ( plant ) + Willow ( bark ) +
Condurango ( Bark )
Mix in equal parts ; 5 ounce per cup : 1 cup of light decoction when needed.
� Indigestion
:
D�coction with cloves.
� *Light burn :
( Second and third degree burn
must been treated by a medicine doctor )
External use : White lily ( p�tal ) soaked in olive oil applied to the burn, or
St.-John's-Wort oil (flowers) , steeping at the sunlight and addition at the
end of the soaking of Lavander and Rosemary oils, to apply.
� *Sprain :
Poultice : Solomon's seal ( root powder ) + Comfrey ( root ) + clay : reduce in powder.
� *Sunburn :
Unction : St.-John's-Wort ( oil )
+ Comfrey ( oil ) + Camomile ( oil ) + Lily ( oil ).
Indifferent proportions.
