For Use of Elk Run facilities, please complete the attached rental
agreement
Please return
all pages signed with check (for rental and for security deposit) to Elk Run
Homeowners Association. Maintain a
copy for your records.

picked up from a representative of the clubhouse committee within one hour of

Procedures
and Responsibilities for use of
I/We
have read, understand and agree to adhere to the procedures for the rental
and/or use of the Elk Run Clubhouse facility for the period noted in the
attached rental agreement. I/We understand that there could be fines assessed
for any damages that may occur during the use of this facility because of
failure to adhere to these rules, procedures and guidelines.

Agreement for use of Elk Run Clubhouse Facilities
I (We), ______________________________________________(name), in
consideration of the use of the Elk Run Clubhouse facilities marked below (“the
clubhouse”) agree(s) to the following terms and conditions. I (We) represent that
I (We) am (are) a resident of the Elk Run Subdivision, Douglas County, Georgia
and am at least 21 years of age. I (We) maintain that we have paid in full the
required Elk Run Association Yearly Dues.
The right to use
of the clubhouse facilities pursuant to the agreement will be limited to the
Clubhouse only, and does not give permission to use of the pool exclusively.

I (We) agree to
assume full responsibility for our guest and visitors while using the
clubhouse. I (We) agree to hold harmless and full indemnify the Elk Run
Homeowners Association and its officers, directors and agents (“the
association”), for any liability and for the defense of any claims for personal
injury, bodily injury or property damage brought or made by any person or
persons (including the association) which are based on or result from the
undersigned's use of the Clubhouse pursuant to the Agreement. I (We) maintain
homeowner's insurance (or if a renter, renters insurance) coverage, which
provides for personal injury and property damage coverage.
The undersigned
has read and understand the Procedures and Responsibilities for the use
of Elk Run Clubhouse and agrees to abide by the terms, conditionals, rules
and procedures provided therein.
I (We) shall be
responsible for the cleaning and security of the Clubhouse after its use
pursuant to this Agreement and agree to reimburse the Association for the cost
of any cleaning or repair of damage occasioned by the use of the Clubhouse
pursuant to the Agreement of the failure to properly secure the Clubhouse after
such use. I (We) understand and agree that the security deposit provided may be
applied to the cost of any repair or cleaning and that if such repair or damage
exceeds the amount of the security deposit, I (We) will reimburse the
Association for any excess balance within thirty days.
