-- The Homeowner must be in good standing with the Association (the Board of Directors will accept money orders or certified checks this year at the time of the exchange for past due fees).
-- If you have lost your current key, a $10 fee will be charged to obtain the new key (money order or certified check only).
-- One key per household.
-- Only the Homeowner with valid picture identification (Georgia driver�s license, Georgia identification card, passport, or military ID) will be allowed to exchange keys.
-- Homeowners with outstanding late fees will not be eligible to participate in the key exchange until their account is paid in full!

This new venture is called the Elk Run Beautification and Improvement Committee and will handle scheduling community work days, addressing common area maintenance issues, help with violtaion drive throughs, and landscaping issues.
