You can ask local businesses, family members, friends, etc. Sponsors may sponsor you directly, which will defer your individual costs. Cover letters and sponsorship forms are available at the document download link above. Please turn in sponsorship money and forms to Ms. Martinez in the Controller's office. UPCOMING July 1, 2007 Second Deposit due: $250 Deposit must be cash, cashier's check, or money order payable to EGHS. All deposits must be made to EGHS controller, Debbie Martinez. Dancers who are not cleared by the Controller's Office may not participate in camp in August, and will not have any company clothing ordered for them. If you are not at camp to learn the routines, you cannot participate in either the welcome rally or bonfire rally performances. August 13 & 14, 2007 Summer Camp at EGHS, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Due to summer school, gym floor resurfacing, and Link Crew, facilities at EGHS are limited. We will only be running a 2 day camp rather than a 3 day, so we will host several mini-workshops in the fall at no additional cost. September 1, 2007 Third Deposit due: $250.00 Deposit must be cash, cashier's check, or money order payable to EGHS. All deposits must be made to EGHS controller, Debbie Martinez. Failure to pay full dance by September 1 will be cut from the dance company. No exceptions. PARENT HELP NEEDED We still need parent help! We've only had one parent volunteer to do snacks/ water at camp. We still also need parents to coordinate and serve lunch both days. Booster Club update: Thank you to Dottie Dollson who has volunteered to spearhead our fund raising. So far she's the only parent volunteer though--we need your help!
