"The POWER of Stations"

The earthquake disaster occured after last weeks Mercury "Station" as Mars and Mercury join Forces in aspecting Retrograding Pisces Uranus and Retrograding Aquarian Neptune.

The "tension" of Virgo Saturn pulling away from this opposition is heightened as Virgo Saturn squares the Center of our Galaxy (27 degrees Sagittarius). (This week the square leads to Capricorn Pluto). The "aftermath" is this week as Mercury has turned Direct and now joins in with Mars, then Venus on a personal human level squaring (inconjuncting) the Center of our Galaxy.

Virgo Mercury has turned Direct and heads back for it's 3rd pass of Virgo Saturn. We start the week with Virgo Mercury (21 degrees) in a sextile of co-operation with Cancer Mars (21 degrees). Watch them closely as they move in sync this week. Both planets edge their way closer and closer to aspecting Virgo Saturn in unison. By the weekend they reach the 23rd degrees. Once again the personal planets intermingle with the Mutual Recepting outer planets (Retrograding Pisces Uranus and Retrograding Aquarian Neptune). I know your sick and tired of hearing about this Mutual Reception but their ever so slow work is the backdrop scenery for this years Cosmic Stage. The personal inner planets are constantly reminding us of their existance.

Saturday is the Aries Full Moon at the 10th (almost 11th) degree. The Sun is in Libra territory ruled by Venus and the Full Moon is in Aries territory, ruled by Mars. The Earth is caught in the middle of their stressful opposition. Finding balance is a Libran concern as Mars the warrior fights to feed the flame. There's nothing like a Full Moon to heighten emotions as masculine and feminine forces face off.

So where is Venus? Virgo Venus (16 degrees) lags behind the intense 20ish planets ahead of her. Virgo Venus spends the week intermingling in an inconjunct aspect of stimulation with Retrograding Aquarian Jupiter (17 degrees). Venus and Jupiter aspects are considered beneficial but this one is complicated. Retrograding Aquarian Jupiter has reached it's 17th degree of Station. This is an impact degree as it readies it's way to appear to turn Direct next week (the 12th). This may not mean much to most but those of us with the 17th degree in our birth charts, this is a biggie. I for one, am a 17th degree Leo Rising. Retrograding Aquarian Jupiter makes it's extended Stationing turn upon my Aquarian Descendant. I have a few 15th to 17th degreed planets. I'm feeling this one already.

I have to stay in this week. If you have the 17th degree in your chart take it easy. This involves planets of involuntary growth. Try not to get involved in excess. Remember "Easy Does it".

This weeks focus, as I've already said, is upon Virgo Mercury as it opposes Retrograding Pisces Uranus and inconjuncts Retrograding Aquarian Neptune. At the same time Cancer Mars will trine Retrograding Pisces Uranus and inconjunct Retrograding Aquarian Neptune. This is twice the amount of stimulation to Retrograding Aquarian Neptune. It's actually called a "Yod" since Cancer Mars (24/25 degrees) and Virgo Mercury (25/26 degrees) sextile each other. They co-operate and join forces to release their energy in the direction of Retrograding Aquarian Neptune. Realize that Retrograding Aquarian Neptune (23/24 degrees) is constantly working with Retrograding Pisces Uranus (23/24 degrees) through their Mutual Reception.

This is a complex interaction that pulls in Virgo Saturn (27 degrees) by the end of the week. Is it a coincidence that Virgo Saturn squares the 27th degree of Sagittarius, the Center of our Galaxy. I don't think so. There are major Forces at work.
