| As the Maganac Corps of the Middle East region waged an underground war of resistance against the encroaching military control of OZ and the United Earth Sphere Alliance, many Maganac Corps members and squad leaders customized their Maganac mobile suits. One such customized model was operated by Auda, a squad leader whose Maganac was easily distinguished by its large left claw arm, which was armored with gundanium alloy and highly effective in swatting and tearing apart enemy mobile suits. | REVIEW One of three variations of the WMS-03 Maganac, the Auda Custom figure features a heavily armored design. This figure features the armor pattern unique to Auda's Maganac, with excellent sculpting and detail. Auda's Maganac has a large claw tipped arm in place of its normal left arm, complete with ball jointed wrist, ball jointed "thumb" claw, and double jointed elbow. Upper arm swivel joints and ball jointed wrists give this figure some of the best articulation out of the Gundam Wing line, along with double jointed knees and individually articulated skirt and ankle armor. The large shield can be attached to the right arm, and in a novel approach attaches to the elbow joint. This allows the shield to not interfere with the gripping of any other accessories, and is a very good design. The large heat tomahawk included has great detail, and is easily haled by the figure. As a bonus, besides the closed hand already on the figure, a second open hand for use with the heat tomahawk is included. As is usual with ver 2.0's, an outstanding figure. |
