Neo Singapore's entry in the 13th Gundam Fight was unique in its ability to separate and recombine into various forms. The GF13-041NSI Asura Gundam's six arms could separate and form separate units, while the main body could recombine with the legs to form a spinning top. The Asura Gundam's only armament consisted of 4 eye missile launchers which were mounted in the torso. Pilot Russets Daggats could use the arms to capture an opponent and at the same time launch his ultimate attack in spinning top mode. The Chouzetsuguren (Transcendent Lotus) could strike an opponent with powerful lightning and render them disabled. In the Finals, Russets was joined by Neo Malaysia's Gala Garla in a tag team match Neo Sweden's Allenby Beardsley and Neo Japan's Domon Kasshu. While Russets and Gala had the upper hand at first, they both eventually lost the match to Domon and Allenby. After the 13th Gundam Fight ended, Russets returned as part of the World Gundam Federation to defend Earth from the JDG-00X Dark Gundam.

Among the stranger designs seen in G Gundam, the Asura Gundam is one of the few transforming MSiA releases.  The legs can be detached, and with the assorted leg attachments, turned into small scorpion-like units.  Overall the figure has excellent articulation, featuring ver 2 double joints, ball joints with excellent range of motion, and a design that doesn't impede movement.  The detail is good, but like most of the G Gundam line, lacks any real markings.  Most of the accessories go towards making the two leg/scorpion units, but a plus is the twelve total hand sets you get, each with ball joints for the wrists for great poseability.
