                                             REVIEW
The FA-93HWS is an upgrade to the basic RX-93 nu Gundam, although the playability is somewhat limited.  The RX-93 nu Gundam included is identical to the previousely released figure, this time featuring eight external solid armor pieces that can be attached via clips to the figure.  This is accomplished with some difficulty, as the pieces fit rather snug.  Articulation is somwhat hampered by their bulkiness, and by the sheer weight of the extra parts.  The shield is a huge piece alone, attaching over top of the basic shield and nearly five times its size.  The only other accessory is the beam sniper rifle, a very large and mean looking weapon that is too long and heavy for the figure to convincingly pose with.  It is nicely detailed and features a bipod on the front, but this is glued in place and can not be positioned.  The Booster bed is a simple pair of propellant tanks with rocket nozzles at one end, and a set of gridded plates holding them together.  The figure is meant to ride on this standing, but with nothing to hold onto or secure with, has a tendency to fall over.  One interesting detail is that the Base Jabber can be combined with the Booster Bed's large rockets.  This figure rates an excellent, but mostly for detail.

The Booster Bed was the test unit for a mobile suit transport system, consisting  of little more than two large propellant tanks with thrust nozzles at the end, with a basic lattice system holding the tanks together and a remotely piloted control system.  The Booster Bed was tested with the FA-93HWS, and would later be redesigned into the Base Jabber.

The FA-93HWS nu Gundam Weavy Weapon System was intended as an anti battleship enhancement during the early stages of the RX-93 nu Gundam's development.  It would have featured a system of removeable external armors to the Gundam, much like the RX-78NT-1 Gundam "Alex", and a large shield housing two large anti battleship missile launchers.  In addition, a large beam sniper rifle was designed that would have provided the firepower to deliver a killing blow to any warship.  The overall bulkiness and added mass of the armor was overcome with the addition of multiple vernier and thrusters designed into the system.  However, the development of the fin funnels, which could not only provide impressive offensive but also a defensive shield,  and the addition of the psychoframe to the nu Gundam's design made the HWS obsolete, and the system was abandoned after preliminary testing.
