| The Elizabetha Pawsonal Assistance Department was founded in 2002, when the Town of Elizabetha was still part of Elizabetha County. Since then, however, boundaries have been redrawn, and Elizabetha (the town, that is) now finds itself firmly inside East Schumacheria County. To complicate things even more, the department's personnel have traditionally been recruited from another of East Schumacheria's neighbors, Schumacheria, and this remains true today. Dogtor Beej, a delightful Bichon Frise who originally lived with Elizabetha County's Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Liz Schumacher, is the department's chief charge. The head honcho here at the moment is the truly splendid Rabid Tab Polecat, who's aided by the excellent Mick Turition and the always-willing-to-learn Pendsylvanian Jeremy Pender. |
