A short and special (of course) edition of my commentary: Why is Chapter Four split into two?

1) Dramatic effect
2) To make it easier to read
3) Mordain didn't have the second half finished when she posted part A...I'm proud to say that 3) is incorrect, whereas 1) and 2) do hold some truth. I had part B written. I had for a while. It just needed some major, major editing... that, and I was thinking of changing the story to let Mousse go with them after all. However, despite all claims to the contrary I do have a plan for this story, and Mousse made those plans crumble into dust. Don't worry, though, Mousse-fans! You'll see him later! (That, and my original draft sucked. Plain and simple...)
Anyway, none of this matters anymore. Chapter 4a is now the prologue of Part 2, and Chapter 4b is Part 2 Chapter 1. You can still see this in the individual chapter URLs, so it's not much of a secret. This page is mostly outdated...
Anyway, this concludes the special edition of "Mordain's commentary". Ja!
