Comments on "Of Alternate Realities and Saving the World Interlude One:
Unexpectedly"
First of all, I'm sure your asking: "Why are you writing
this?"
To answer that: Because I think it's something that needs to be told. Often
have I read a fanfic in which there's some sort of huge fact that you're supposed
to know and believe, and yet it's never backed up. Well, I thought that the
very existence of this wacked-out third universe is pretty hard to believe,
so I'm going to do at least one, possibly more of these little tales of the
various character's lives. I'm certainly going to finish this one, Ranma's,
and I'm 90% percent certain that I'm going to write one for Mu Tsu (Mousse)
as well.
There will be no overt spoilers in any of these stories;
subtle hints as to future plot is another story. I don't think I'll write
Mu Tsu's until I have at least two more chapters of ARSW out, at least...
depends on how far I get in those chapters, though. Ranma's shouldn't contain
many spoilers... maybe one, but I don't think that it'll be too bad...
These interludes won't be necessary to understand the
overall flow of the main storyline. However, it'll be a little easier to understand
certain things later on if you've read them...
Right now, Ranma's life is so peaceful, isn't it? Well,
we all know that that never lasts... hope the ending doesn't come as too much
of a shock for anyone. ^_^
