Ingredients:
- � clove garlic
- � c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. croutons
- 3 � c. crisp chilled salad greens
-head lettuce, cucumber, sweet green pepper, celery
- 1 tsp. FRENCH Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 egg
- � c. lemon or calamansi juice
- 1/3 c. grated CHE-VITAL Cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
- Thousand Island Seasoning
Procedure:
- Combine garlic & � c. oil. Let stand for several hours.
- Remove garlic. Pour oil over croutons; toss lightly.
- Tear greens in bite-size pcs. Into salad bowl.
- Add � cup oil, seasonings & egg. Sprinkle with lemon & cheese.
- Toss until all greens are well coated.
- Add croutons; toss lightly
