The photo project can be "informal," requiring only a certain number of photographs from a specified number of angles on a regular timely rotation, or can be tightly controlled, with specific camera positions repeated every time on a rotating schedule.
Construction progress photos remain unaltered, corrected only for brightness and contrast. Since they are legal records, there is no retouching or perspective corrections made to the images, ever.
Progress prices are based on hours spent by the photographer, travel time and distance, and the price of the prints.
Package prices for small projects is also available.
Contracts can be made for an agreed-to price schedule per shooting date, or a one-time price that covers the project from start to finish, based on estimates of time and materials.
