The *Elite
Hockey Club*
founded.
Only one men's team to
start with, players were came from a HKU hostel :
Old Halls of University of Hong Kong

| 1989
|
Another men's team (Elite
B) was formed;
and joined the Hong Kong
Hockey Association League.
Those players were also from Old Halls, but of course mostly were junior
and younger memebrs.
Elite
Ladies Team was formed in that year by Old Halls ladies
players.

| 1993-1996
|
- The Ladies team have been
struggled in the 3rd division.
with problems of : Players leaving teams, having work committment...
etc.

- Most of the times we fielded
only 9-10 players in a match. Results were less than satisfactory. Also,
people grow old, get married, no formal training. Elite Ladies Team
at the brink of destruction!

| 1996
|
Tony introduced *Deric
to coach the Elite Ladies team.
- Deric is registered hockey
coach in Hong Kong.
With a lot of national squad training and playing experience,
he re-brought the Elite Ladies teams into live!!!

| 1996-1997
|
- Elite Ladies Hockey
Team members, not only from Old Hall, but talented and enthusiastic
new players joined in the team.
From the prosperous results that the team made, we can see the team
got a great improvement.

| 1997-1998
|
- In this year, Elite Ladies
got much progress.
Elite Ladies beat all the teams(3rd div.), and become the champion of
the 3rd division and also the champion of "Chairman bowl".
- Then the team promoted
to the 2nd division in the next year.

| 1998-1999
|
Elite Ladies
Team became the 1st runner up in the second division.

| 1999-2000
|
In this year, Elite
Ladies Team combined with Shaheen Ladies Team which in Div.
1 and splitted into A, B team. Both teams registered as "Shaheen/Elite".
And the original team, "Elite" has become "Shaheen/Elite
B".
Elite Ladies Team
became the 2nd runner up in the second division.

2000-2001
|
Since Shaheen and Elite
have different direction, Shaheen/Elite has been dismissed and separated
after the season of 1999-2000. In August, Eliteladies has been reformed
again and many devoted new comers join in.
In the half of season, a sad news came....Deric, our coach left us. Due
to his health condition is no longer able to coach us.
Without him in the rest of the season, elite ladies faced those same problems
as we had before. (see the above "1993-1996"). Then we invited Fai and
our old teammate, Sesy as our temporary coach and
assistance coach respectively. However, as we are not familiar with each
other, the bad situation is still persisting.

2001-2002
|
Good news for Elite Ladies
! Our old buddy, Deric is back! However, he still
cannot be our coach, but he becomes our new manager instead =).
His first brilliant job is: he brought a new coach, sesy for us.
