Things between me and Bella turned good to better. We started to be quite close. We began to talk on the phone & page each other goodnite everyday. We also started to meet up also. Just go for a show, or even have a meal. There's this once that she confess to me that she likes me, I thought she was only joking then so never took the question seriously...
Then one day, Daniz had a family chalet at East Coast Park. He invited Ise, Bella and me. That's when I know that Bella wasn't joking. Guess What? I also realised that I'm slowly starting to like her. Kinda comforting with her presence around.
That night, while walking back to the chalet from the Macdonald's, which was quite a distance to cover, Bella starts to get tired. So in the end, Ise & Daniz were walking in front, while Bella & I walked behind. The distance between these two group became bigger, when the two guys wanna faster get back to the chalet to rest, and Bella unable to catch up with them. So it's impossible for me to throw her to walk back a lone rite. Thus I accompany her to walk back slowly, still keeping the two guys in front at sight. But soon the two guys was about to be out of sight, so I ask if she can walk faster. Then she replied, "You hold my hands if you want me to walk faster lor~! Or else you carry me..."
Well, I then hold her hands and tried to keep up with the two guys. I think I
caught Bella by surprise, cos she kinda blushed when I hold her hands. She must
be thinking that I'll not... I also dunnno why I dare to hold her hands. 
Kinda pai sei also man~! The two guys even keep turning back and give us one
kind of grin...
So eventually when we reach the chalet, Bella & I never go into the chalet. We sat at the bench near to the sea, just enjoying the scenery while resting... It was really relaxing. Then after some time, I ask Bella for permission to rest my head on her thighs when I lay down on the bench. She agreed. As I lay on down, I kept looking at the sky... Quite a lot stars that night. She looks quite attractive from the angle I look up, with the sky with stars as background. We were there for quite some time, till Ise & Daniz went out and came back liao we also dunno. They gave us the grin again when they saw me resting my head on her legs. They thought Bella & I went steady liao... We said no, but they don't believe...
The date was 07.04.1998, Tuesday. Bella & I went steady~! Wow~! There's no such thing as impossible in life. Can't imagine that I'm actually looking into the eyes of a gal whom I used to hate a lot some time back~! It is how it happened. That night at about 2100hrs, we were talking on the phone as per usual. We came into this topic where if I were to fall for her, will I ever tell her or ask her to go steady with me, she asked. I told her, yes I'll tell her if I like her, but I'll not ask her to be my steady cos she used to be a girl friend of my so call 'best friend"... But I added, "but it will be another case if you're the one asking me to be your boy friend... Haha~!" She then started teasing me thick skin and stuff...
Then my mother wanted to use the phone at say 2145hrs, thus we have got no choice but to put down the phone. It was less than 2 minutes after we put down the phone, Bella paged me leaving a voicemail... "Just wanna ask you something... If I wanna call you my boy boy can?", she said.
I was shock, but more to happy. Thus, after my mum put down the phone, I paged her back, leaving a voicemail too, "Err... If you want to call me boy boy, then call lor..."
Soon, she left me a voicemail again, "Hello, boy boy arh~! You say one wor, that I can call you boy boy if I want..."
At this point of time, I really blur liao, so I call her, saying, "I don't wanna play liao~! So does that means that we're going steady liao?"
"Ya... Why lehz... Heehee~!", she said.
"Cos I also need to remember the date & time mahz, or else next time you ask me when we go steady one and I can't reply how?", I replied smiling.
So from then on, a new journey starts in my life...
