Act IV Scene I
Bryan --> Antony
Sam --> Octavius
Max --> Lepidus

(Agents Antony, Octavius, and Lepidus, at a table in Antonys house)

Antony: These men are terrorists. Ive made a list of all of their known names

Octavius: Lepidus, youre brothers on this list. Will you kill him if your country needs you to?

Lepidus: Of course

Octavius: Highlight his name

Lepidus: But Antony, your nephew Publius is also a terrorist and must be eliminated

Antony: Agreed, hes too much of a threat to live.
I have highlighted his name on the list as well.
Go to Caesars house Lepidus and get his will. Lets see if we can get anything good out of it

LEPIDUS

Will you be here when I get back?

OCTAVIUS

Either here or at headquarters

    Exit LEPIDUS

ANTONY

Hes not trustworthy. He can be sent on errands but thats it. Is he worthy to rule with us?

OCTAVIUS

Well you said that he was and you told him that his brother had to be killed.

ANTONY

    Octavius, Im more experienced than you. Even though we make him think that we are giving him power, its only to take some weight off of our shoulders. Hes just a pawn and is to be used as such. When were done with him, we can just throw him away like a piece of trash.

OCTAVIUS

    That is true, but he is still a good agent

ANTONY

So is my gun, Octavius, and I do give him some power. I use him to fight. His every action is determined by me. He must be adjusted and calibrated to be perfect. After he is used as such, others will talk of him as merely property, and nothing more. Now listen to me Octavius, Brutus and Cassius are making a terrorist army. We need to stop them as soon as possible. Now lets go, we need to begin strategizing

OCTAVIUS

Lets go then. Be careful of our enemies though. Im afraid that some of them are more clever than they seem

Under the audio link, you will write your own, one page analysis of why your group chose to reenact this scene and explain what Shakespeare reveals about the character you played in your presentation.  In the commentary, you must move beyond the obvious plot situation, and analyze the key character's spiritual, psychological, social, etc. motivation. Discuss what new insights you have about the character's qualities after portraying him or her.

My group (Max Thorsell, Sam Mannos, and Bryan Peterson) chose to reenact this scene from Julius Caesar because, truth to be told, it was one of the shortest scenes that we could find. In this scene, I voice the character of Lepidus. Lepidus does not have a very large speaking role in this scene, unlike Antony and Octavius, but the entire scene is centered around Lepidus. Shakespeare reveals in Lepidus speaking roles that Lepidus is completely loyal to Antony and his cause. Lepidus is willing to go to great lengths to please Antony, even going so far as to agree to kill his brother, Publius, for the sake of Antony. After Lepidus has left the scene however, it is shown that Antony thinks little of Lepidus and states that he is only fit to be an errand boy at best. As said by Antony And though we lay these honours on this man, to ease ourselves of divers slanderous loads, He shall but bear them as the ass bears gold, Lepidus is no more than a pack mule to Antony.
