10 REASONS WHY TEXT MATES DON'T REPLY BACK

                 Isn't it a bomber when your text mate or someone you sent a text message doesn't reply back. Well... the president and grandfather of the EGF clan, SIR_AURON text me ten reasons why you're not being replied by that certain person. It kinda interests me and made me laugh just thinking about it. So I decided to input his text message in this webpage. Now the following stanza's will tell you the ten reasons as well as their explanation.

10th reason: "The person expected to reply back is at the comfort room..."

You know that old saying. When you gotta go, you gotta go. But frankly, one of the main reasons why people do not bring their celphones inside the comfort room is the fact that their celphone units might get wet. And you all know that electronic devices and gadgets are sensitive to water. Not that I know of actually. Better safe than sorry. And other reason is, how do you expect a person to hold a celphone when their sitting or facing the toilet bowl while he or she is taking a urinating or crapping her guts out. That sounds kinda stupid don't you think. So wait until he or she is done answering the call of nature.

9th reason: "The person expected to reply back has turned off his or her celphone..."

The ninth reason in this documentary is very obvious. How do you expect a person to reply back if his or her celphone is temporarily off. Worse yet, permanently off. But frankly one of the main reasons why people are forced to turn off their celphones is because they have used much of the battery's power and needs a recharge. In the Philippines we call that as "Low Batt". The other reason is, some person is annoying him or her with text messages and miss calls. That forces the subject you want to reply back to turn off his or her  celphone. So the be patient about it until he or she decides to turn on his or her celphone.

8th reason: "The person expected to reply back is eating in the dining table..."

Actually eating is one of the most sacred ways and it is a way of life. Tough some people bring their celphone to the dining table, many people are not allowed to be excused out of the dining table just to answer a mere text message. When this person is eating in other places, I guess it is ok to reply. But while eating in the dining table, that's another story. One reason is that the person has strict guardians and ignoring table manners is an infraction. So replying back to your sent text message is no priority. So wait until he or she is done with his "decent meal".

7th reason: "The person expected to reply back has not received your text message..."

There is a tendency that your text message will not be received by the person whom you sent the message to. Probably the main reasons is that maybe you sent it to the wrong number. In the Philippines, every celphone is composed of 11 digits in their SIM card. So if you input the wrong number before the message was completely sent, it is obvious that the person whom you sent the text message will not receive it. The next time you send a text message, please verify the name and number you're sending it to. Otherwise, the telecom company which represent your SIM card probably has some slight malfunction in their system.

6th reason: "The person expected to reply back is busy doing something..."

There are many tasks and doings that we're kinda busy of. And being busy even lets us forget to prioritize our incoming messages. Take me for example. When I was creating this website, I didn't have time to focus on the text message that I am receiving. Causing so many of my pals to ask, am I still alive or not. Of course that's only a joke. So sometimes the received text messages that you sent cannot be replied until he or she is done being busy. So all you can do is wait, wait and still wait until he or she is done having fun.

5th reason: "The person expected to reply back is sleeping..."

There's nothing more relaxing thing to do than to sleep. Sleeping eases not only our body but our mind and spirit as well. Many people sleep with their celphones in silent. Meaning that their celphone will not create any tone. this causes the person to ignore your message and continue hitting the hay. So if you think that you must wake the person whom you sent your text message just to reply back, well... think again! 

4th reason: "The person expected to reply back doesn't intend to waste prepaid credits on you..."

Now this reason will completely annoy the person who keeps sending text messages and it is completely ignored just by the mere fact that the person whom he or she is sending to doesn't intend to waste any valuable prepaid credits. In the Philippines, prepaid credits are more called as LOAD. And people who do not intend to spend anything other than himself or herself is called to us Filipinos as "Kuripot". The best advice I can offer you is that you get another text mate.

3rd reason: "The person expected to reply back is not in the mood to reply back..."

Now this is also one of the reasons why people get annoyed for not being replied back. The fact that his or her text mate is too lazy to reply back. In the Philippines we have the slang known as "Bad trip". It is a another term for frustrated. Most people when they're in a bad trip kind of situation makes them very uncomfortable and they don't focus on other things. That includes replying your currently sent text message. So it would be best to let him or her cool off. If that's not the case, then categorize that in the top 4 reason.

2nd reason: "The person expected to reply back has no prepaid credits..."

The mother of all reasons. In the Philippines, every celphone subscriber has their respective SIM card. Except for the people who plan on their telecom subscriptions, the people buy prepaid cards to have prepaid credits or LOAD as I told you at the explanation of the 4th reason. If the prepaid account on their SIM card is completely consumed, any means of contact either calling or text messaging is disabled until their account is reloaded with more prepaid credits. So if your think this is his or her reason, its just too obvious.

1st reason: "The person expected to reply back has been taken away by the Almighty..."

Well... this reason is pretty grim so I don't intend to tell anything about it. Anyway, you already know what the 1st reason means don't you? Otherwise, don't mind it!
