| The youngest fisherman, Patrice Williams of Franklin, IN, catches her first grouper. Williams was deep sea fishing in the Atlantic Ocean when she caught this 22 pound fish. Grouper can grow to be several feet long, which is why it is mandated that any grouper less than 22 pounds is thrown back.
