| Patrice Williams of Franklin, IN cringes as her boyfriend, Kyle Patterson of Franklin gets his tattoo. Beau Peavler of Indianapolis works his art form out of Artistic Skin Design. Patrice, a junior at Franklin Community High School, drew Kyle’s tattoo with a permanent marker. She was names the number two artist in the state in Journalism.
