So here I sit...on yet another boring, slow Tuesday morning.  I have nothing to do and no one to talk to since Sarita isn't here and everyone else has class.  Ugh.  I think I need a hobby.  I could go sit at the spanish table, but that would mean I'd have to shower and all right now.  It would be impossible.  But I do have to go to work today.  I have an interview at 4:00.  I wouldn't be too worried about it, but I left my interview on the desk and now it has disappeared into the oblivion that is Dan's office.  Ugh.  It's a good thing I have it saved somewhere on the computer or else I'd be in it and in it deep.

Right now I am experiencing some minor discomfort in the lower abdominal area [oh the joys of being a girl].  I'm not having any fun right now either.

Tomorrow night Sarita and me and some other girls and possibly Dave are supposed to go out to a club or something.  I dunno.  I looked up clubs in Lancaster...they're nonexistant.  Then I looked at Harrisburg and then at York.  It sucks to be under 21.  But 21 is only 18 months away!  Holy shit!  I remember being like 11 and htinking about 21 and how it was only 10 years away...10 YEARS!  That's a decade.  And now it's down to MONTHS!  Wow.   I'm getting old.

You may be asking yourself, "what has she gone and done this time?" Well this time I'm starting a new website.  My old one is boring and the graphic uploading does not work, Xanga doesn't allow me to do enough, and Tripod is absolute crap.  So here I am, back at Geocities.

In other words, this is what I do with myself when I have nothing to do.

Help me out with my ongoing poll...
Happy Friday, everyone!  Yeah, yeah.  It's just like a Thursday...I have to be at the office tomorrow at 8:30 am.  Thanks Dan.  So Saturday is really going to be Friday for me, but then I don't get a Saturday this week, so it sucks.  Fall break is next week and we have Thursday and Friday off...but I have Thursdays off anyways, so it's just like only getting Friday off.  Ugh.  Life is so unfair.

Just kidding!

Hey!  I actuyally think I understand accounting now!  Yes, really!  I'm so excited.  Well, not really, but you know...I don't have to try as hard now.  [Congratulations, Kristin] And I don't really want to say it, but I think I'm beginning to like it.  Quick!--KNOCK ON WOOD!  Damit! you were too slow...now things are gonna get worse and it's all YOUR fault.  Yes, you.  Don't think I don't know you're sitting there reading this.  mmmhhhmmm, and it's all your fault.  You might be thinking, "yeah, whatever, so what?" or, "poor girl, she needs a hobby."  Well I have news for you, but,
I have a hobby.  It's called knitting.  I'm currently (currently as in over the past five months) knitting a blue scarf for Thomas.  But unfortunately it won't knit itself; therefore it will not be finished by 1) winter or 2) Thomas' birthday.  [Dammit, Kristin!]

Just kidding!  (not about the knitting, but about it being all your fault)

So this is my very first official weekend on campus by myself...meaning with no friends, boyfriends, famiuly members or significant equivalents visiting me.  [Thanks, Dan]  I don't know what to do with myself.  I' mgoing to be so bored!!!! Of course I could do homework and study and edit my spanish compositions, but that's no fun.  Ugh.  This is gonna be a llloooooooooooonnnnnngg weeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkeeeeeeeeeennnnnnnnnd.

Just kidding!
I wish...

Some people are crazy.  Some people should be locked up in a padded room.  Some people drive me crazy.  Some people...

There is always one crazy person somewhere in our social circles.  And al lit takes is that one crazy person to completely try your sanity.  Think about it.  Who's your crazy person?  Who picks at your last nerve, who constantly nit picks and harps on you.  Yeah
that person.  You absolutely cannot stand them.  YOu think about what strong prescription drugs would do for them (if only they knew they were crazy).  You think about smacking them (but that would only confuse them).  You think about lynching them or pushing them out of a window (but then you'd be the one in the padded room and they'd be showered with get well gifts).

What the fuck!!! Can you win?

Unfortunately, I believe the answer is no.

I know a lunatic.  Lunatic is a strange/funny word.  Luna refers to the moon, right?  And then the suffix "tic" refers to a person (or a blood sucking parasite).  So, a moon person/parasite?  [Yeah, they're definitely a parasite]. Someone so far out there that they touch the moon?  Someone orbiting the moon in their thinking?  Someone who feeds on the sanity of others to power their moon-orbiting mind?  Lunatic.

Like I said, I know a lunatic--actually, I know a couple of lunatics.  Unfortunately they're related to me in some way and all I can do is hope the lunacy isn't genetic.  Ugh.  There's nothing I can do about it.  I'll just have to sit here ans wait until al lthe lunatics' thinking leads them to build lunar colonies on the moon and form their own lunatic nation.  But by then, I will have surrendered my last morsel of sanity as the lunatic mothership beams me up to fight their lunatic cause.
