Cooperation is the main form of social interaction processes of
social interaction because it is basically done by a person or group
of people aiming to meet the common interests or needs. Start of

Cooperation can be divided again into 4
types,
1) spontaneous cooperation, ie cooperation

In simple societies, such as communal
societies (tribal) and rural communities, the pattern of cooperation
has been institutionalized in almost every job that are mass, such
as hunting, fishing, open fields (field for dry rice cultivation) a

cooperation is driven by the motivation to:

kemasyarakatnya structure, motivation, cooperation is as follows.
1) Obtain the economic benefits effectively
and efficiently.
2) Avoiding competition is free, then formed
a kind of association or union, both in the field of economics,
politics, arts, sports, and others.
3) Promote unity and national unity in the
field of defending the country and love of the homeland.
According to James D. Thomson and William J.
Mc Events, there are 5 kind of cooperation when viewed from its
implementation, they are:
1) Harmony that includes mutual cooperation
and mutual assistance.
2) Bargaining, cooperation is carried out on
the basis of agreements on exchange of goods and services between
two or more organizations.
3) co-optation, which is a process of
acceptance of new elements in the implementation of leader or
politics in an organization to avoid instability in the stability
of the organization concerned.
4) Coalition, which co-operation carried out
by two or more organizations that have similar goals. Coalitions can
produce an unstable situation for a while because of the different
structures with each other. However, since its main purpose is to
achieve tujauan together, then the nature of the cooperation.
5) The joint-venture, cooperation is carried
out because of the utilization of specific projects.
