I still remeber the notice above,  the Notice that often posted by School Organizer in my school.  

                Nowadays having spy formation in the school is so rare, especially in Indonesia this article is not discuss about the amount or the quantity of the school, who has their Spy formation inside. But we will discuss theadventages of having Spy Formation inside the school.

                The task of a Spy is to supervise and find out the violation of School’s Rule that do by students, usually they will write down the names of students that doing the violation of School’s Rule and give their note to the teacher or to the Organsation who take incahrge.then the teacher or the School organization who take incharge will give the punishment for the student who doing the violation of School’s Rule.

The Aim of having Spy in the school are to build integrity and discipline characteristic in student’s life, the meaning of Spy here is not to have any criminality in the school but to notice to all of students to be carefull and always keep the school’s rule in their mind.

Having a Spy is also make the students more confident to love their School’s Rule and can encourage them to always keep their School rule’s in their mind, for example if the school has a rule to use English everyday, the people who are dislike English and always do the violation will change their behaviour to always keep their English everyday with Having Spy Formation.

                Its also make the improvement in the positive way with their own rule, in example of English usage above the student will  be better with their English because they always keep their English everyday.

                Besides it’s also improve the culture to follow the Rules, that effected for the next generation. And it will become the advantages for the school in the future 

                As we can see above, there are many advantages to Have Spy Formation in the school. In the conclution I must say having the Spy is the best choices rather than other system in the school.
