For some of people sport is being a needed, Sport is the activities which increase the effectiveness of muscle, decrease the weight and increase our imune. Hockey, Basketball, Volley, tennis, etc are kind of sport that really fun. But there are some risk especially for girl to do the sport if they aren’t have a properly way. Ihavesome tips for you are girls to keep your skin brighter. 1. * Don’t wearing dark clothe (ex:black) when you have your sport activities. Because black colour traps the sun that will be influence to your light skin level, trust me! 2. * Don’t directly wash your face or take a bath. It make your skin worse give space for your skin to have adaptation with the temperature around. 3 3. * Take 20-30 minute to take a rest and wait until the sweat on your body dry out.
