2. Prepared and defended the feasibility study of South Star Navigation, Inc. (SSNI), that resulted in
the approval and release of the PhP40M loan from Land Bank of the Philippines,
3. Prepared the presentation of factual evidences (rules and regulations on land use conversion) that
earned PhP20 gross income for the company,
4. Formulated and implemented company rules and regulations of the Sierra Group of Companies,
5. Designed and conducted Continuous Improvement Seminar/Workshop for the employees of the
Sierra Group of Companies,
6. Formulated the building rules and regulations of Sierra Apartelle,
7. Co-formulated the rules and regulations of Laguna International Industrial Park Association Inc. and
helped in its implementation, and
8. Prepared the Feasibility and/or Preliminary Investment Study of the following proposed projects:
