· The ideal size
This is the hardest part of picking a backpack. You need to estimate how much you are going to pack before go for it at the supermarket. The most recommended size is between 40 and 70 litres for your main pack and it was depend on how much you are going to pack again. You can buy it online but it will be good if you buy it at the supermarket because you can see the actual size of it rather than just look at the picture in online buying.

If you find yourself in the highly unlikely situation of feeling unsafe or a target, you have two options. First go to your embassy. · Arranging
Here you need to sort out your passport, arrange any visas and also book you flight or other method of transport. Make sure your passport still valid and not outdated.

· Preparing
