I have read this series and am in love with it. Truely amazing books.
Lord of the Rings Trilogy-J.R.R.Tolkien
Tolkien has a very unique style of writing and it certainly shows in this series. I personally did not enjoy the Fellowship Of The Ring (the first in the series), but that is a matter of opinion.
Sorcercer's Treason-Sara Zettle
Not incredibly famous, but a wonderful author! Her Sorcercer's Treason is packed with unexpectable twists and turns of the plot concluding with a very exctiting ending.
