  • Local incentives
    Exemption from payment of Real Property Tax and Special Education Fund due to the Province.

  • Incentives for Investors or Registered Enterprises

    1. Fiscal Incentives - exemption for a period of three (3) to five (5) years from payment of real property taxes, including the Special Education Fund to the full amount of the share of the Province shall be granted to enterprises on the basis of the amount of their investments as follows:

      1. For New Enterprises:
        1. With capitalization of P1M - P10M - 3 years
        2. With capitalization of more than P10M - P50M - 4 years
        3. With capitalization of more than P50M - 5 years

      2. For Expanding Enterprise:
        1. With additional investment of P1M- P3M = 3 years
        2. With Additional investment of more than P10M- P50M = 4 years
        3. With additional investment of more than P50M = 5 years

          Provided that additional years of exemption for additional investment shall be granted only when by reason of such additional investment, the expanding enterprise falls under a higher bracket in which case it shall enjoy the period of exemption of the same bracket which period shall include the period of exemption granted prior to the expansion; and Provided further, that the maximum five year exemption for enterprises with capitalization and/or additional investment of more than P50M maybe extended upon application with the Board approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan; and Provided finally, that the grant of fiscal incentives under this Code shall commence at the start of the business.

    2. Non-Fiscal Incentives - the following non-fiscal incentives under this Code shall comprise of services of the SCIB and the TIPC relative to the following:
      1. Simplified registration
      2. Access to information
      3. Facilitation of joint-venture arrangement
      4. Linkages with other agencies
      5. Other related matters

Major tourist attractions
