Location and boundaries

  • The province is bounded on the north by Mcajalar Bay, Iligan Bay in the west, Agusan del Norte in the east, Bukidnon in the south and Lanao del Norte in the southwest.
  • Misamis Oriental is characteristically rugged where mountains and hills occupy approximately seventy percent (70%) of total land area. Exemption from payment for the first 5 years of operation of lands classified whether commercial/residential used exclusively for parking purposes.

  • Commercial buildings and improvements - for registered enterprises owning & having legal interest of newly-constructed commercial buildings or structures starting upon occupancy/completion of building (whichever comes first with market values falling under the following categories:
