  • Other than the incentives available in the BOI Investments Priorities Plan (IPP) and PEZA, Cebu has local incentives for businesses located in Mandaue City.
  • Beginning January 2001, new businesses which establish and start their operations and those existing enterprises planning to expand their investments in Mandaue City shall enjoy certain privileges, subject to provisions of City Ordinance No. 2001 / 004: "An Ordinance Providing for Local Investment Incentives to Industries which are Now or May Hereafter Be Established in the City of Mandaue and for Other Purposes."
  • All qualified and accepted applicants to the Investment Incentive Program shall enjoy privileges such as exemption from the payment of taxes imposed by the city under existing tax or revenue ordinances and exemption from the payment of all licenses and permit fees.
