Now I play against 3 other people, so its a lot more fun and with all my warbands,
I am always interested and I am kept on my toes tacticaly.
My first warband was the Skaven. The reason why I chose them was because
they were really sneaky and fitted more into the Mordheim setting.
They are currently my most powerful warband with a rating of 278.
I got all 6 heroes, 2 groups of 4 verminkin, and a pack of 5 rats.
I am currently saving my gold ( or warp tokens ) to buy a rat ogre.
They rock more than any of my other warbands, mainly because there are so
damn many of them and that they got great skills and gear.
The second warband that I made was my Reiklanders.
Sadly they are my lowest ranked warband, and have suffered more defeats
than any warband that I have played with.
Still, they are my underdogs and I know that they will come out on top!
Their rating is 194, I got the Leader, 2 Champions, a YoungBlood, and
1 Henchman Hero, an ex-Warrior. There are 2 marksmen and 2 swordsmen.
The third warband that I made was a Lizardmen party.
I got them from the Lustria campaign and I wanted to play them because I
love Lizardmen. My WHFB army are Lizardmen so the interest is easy to see.
They are ranked second in warband rating at a 269.
They got a Skink Priest, 2 Great Crests, and 1 Henchmen Skink Hero.
There are three skink henchmen groups, numbering 5, 2, and 3.
Then theres my baby, 1 Kroxigor, who has yet to prove himself in battle.
Overall they have done quite well and have won 70% of there battles.
The fourth warband that I made was a Shadow Elf party.
I had never played elves in any setting before and the Shadow Elves were
interesting because of their background and their strange history.
But sadly they too suffer from the same ill luck as that of my Reiklanders.
They consist of the leader, mage, 3 heroes and 2 groups of henchmen.
Their rating is 205, but I have great plans for them, I think.
The fifth warband that I created was a Cathyan warband.
They are a home-made warband that I found on a Mordheim fan site.
BUT I don't remember where I got them from, so I can't say who made them.
They are really great and every game that I have played with them was
either exciting or insane for every player.
The reason is because the Cathyans ( or Ancient Chinese ) have lots of
blackpowder weapons, in many different forms.
Whether pot bombs, or rockets, or handguns, they blow up not only the
enemy warband, but on rare occasion, themselves as well! Its GREAT!!!
Anyway they are in them middle in everything, warband rating and wins.
Rating - 243, 5 heroes, 5 henchmen groups with 3, 2, 3, 2, 3 for each.
More to come soon.
