Even with this long, yet distinguished Name, he chose the shortened Name 'Razor'. This is because he is NOT your typical T'skrang. Although possessing a bright green skin hue, an impressive twin head crest, and an amazingly powerful 6'3" tail, he is fairly shy and speaks plainly. He would rather work with his anvil and tools tinkering on metal items than be the center of attention. This would make him seem almost non-T'skrang, but any questions about this don't really ever come up.
Razor is a very gifted Weaponsmith. From his talents he has Forged his own and his companions weapons to their maximum damage potential. This advantage makes the group very well prepared for any event. Plus it adds even more truth to his Name. His personal trispear, which he has now Named 'Razor's Point", is the most damaging weapon in the group without the aid of any additional talent. Razor is from the same kaer as Meavic Lightsword, the Elven Swordmaster and Brammer Niles, the Human Illusionist. He was taught the Discipline from Brammer Niles's uncle, who was the head Weaponsmith back at their kaer.
The Elven Swordmaster, played by my buddy Mike, is the frontline guy of our group.
That is if only stopped dropping his sword and actually did some hard damage once in a while.
Named Meavic Lightsword, he grew up in the same kaer as both Razor and Brammer Niles, the Human Illusionist. His original Swordmaster instructor was the caretaker of Razor. Although being the oldest, one would think that Meavic would assume the leadership role, but he is more content in melee combat than in leadership. Like Razor, Meavic is soft spoken, but unlike Razor, he lets his sword do most of the talking. Gifted with an agile body, a great suit of armor, and an impressive shield, Meavic is incredibly hard to hit.
If it were not for his average elven toughness and strength, Meavic would wade through the bloodiest battle victorious. He doesn't win all the time but this hasn't stopped him from fighting on. He learned his Discipline from one of Razor's 'uncles', much to the disapproval of his magician family. Regardless, Meavic has proven his ability with the sword and has shown great courage in battle.
The Human Illusionist, played by my buddy Warren, is our face character. He is the guy who handles all the deals and settles all the scores. He talks the talk and walks the walk. And, strangely, when ever it comes to Charisma rolls in dealing with female characters, this guy ALWAYS knocks the ladies out...literally.
Named Brammer Niles, but called Niles by everybody, he too is from the same kaer as Razor and Meavic. Always joking around and trying to be the center of attention, becoming and Illusionist Magician seemed obvious to the talented young man. Becoming a ladies man is something of an understatement. Niles has never failed in attracting a female or getting one attracted to him. This includes ALL Name-Givers...pretty damn good for a Human. Regardless of his social behavior, Niles has proven to be quite the leader and the spell caster. The only complaint about him is the fact that he is always last whenever we go into a dangerous situation. Niles was taught his Discipline by one of Meavic's aunts, but had to change trainers after a slight dinner date/test that went a little too well. Although not the first Adept from his family, he is the first Magician among them.
The Elven Thief, played by my buddy Justin, is, well, our Thief. He does all our stealthly stuff and gets the job done. Our only complaint is that he has got to stop botching his Pick Pocket rolls. His hands always seem to find themselves in some pretty embrassing places.
Really, the last time involved a big Human woman, her skirt, his hand, and some badly misplaced coppers.
Named Leo Moonstriker, he was assigned to the first three when they came to Bartertown and volunteered in the Peace Patrol for the Discovery Corp. Uncertain why he was assigned, Leo proved himself very quickly and has now become our other Face character and tactician. Hailing from a small village in the northern most reach of the Servos Jungle, he came to Bartertown after it was destroyed by roving Horror Constructs. Looking for the next big score was the only thing that kept him going and influences him in everything he does. Niles and Leo have worked quite well together, almost to the point of creating a Con-Man Discipline, but they haven't gotton it right just yet...
The Human Elementalist, played by my buddy Brian, is our major mojo caster. He has lit stuff up like you wouldn't believe. If Elementalists could choose only one specific element to follow, Fire would be it for this guy. Seriously, it's never cold around with him along.
Named Astran, he joined the others after being slightly rescued by them, along with several villagers, from a pack of Horror Constructs. Once freed Astran immediately lit his two handed sword aflame and bashed one of the constructs into a crispy pulp. His welcome to the group was great and he has proven to all that if you need something smoked, he will lit it up. Strangely , Astran has cast more ice spells as of late. Astran and Meavic have gotton along well with each other even though they are from different Disciplines. Their love of the physical combat that ties them together and that alone has saved the day a couple of times.
The Windling Archer, played by Teresa, is not only our ranged fighter, but also our lookout. Plus this little guy has shot some preety nasty arrows so he's earned his keep with us.
Named Flyx Firebrand, this Archer joined up during an expedition into the Servos Jungle. Although reserved at first, Flyx quickly showed the group just how effective he could be. A couple of fiery shots and a few Astral Sights later, the group greatly welcomed the spunky Windling. Now Flyx sets his sights from up high and always makes sure that everyone is accounted for.
The two newest additiones to the group are Detritus, an Obsidiman Warrior and Aliera, a Windling Beastmaster. They will be folded into the group shortly but they already have a great back story. ...I'll but it up later.
...
Also with the group at infrequent intervals is the Obsidiman Troubadour Named Gildahas ClaySpeaker. A second character for my buddy Justin, Gil rolls on in whenever the group needs some extra support or help. So far he (it?) has done a good job at being a great ally. I let him into the game after Justin wanted to play two characters. So far its been good and Gil rarely enters combat so the fighting stays balanced.
