�Pendap� The Original Product From Bengkulu
It is one of the special food from Bengkulu. It looks like cake with many layers. Te first layer is the keladi leaf and directly fill of the fish that chop including the bone and of course it�s full of magic seasoning. It�s spicy, unique, adn a little bit sour. We had to cook it arond one our by steam. Pendap will eat together with rice and you can add ketchup if you feel it�s so spicy.
My grandmother from my father always get packet of it directly from Bengkulu. Around every 3 month we will get it. My grandmother rarely make it because it�s so complicated. The seasoning is so special and hard to find except in bengkulu.
Nowadays, i rarely eat that kind of food. Because, i live so far away with my family. One thing thatmake me think it�s the amaging food because it can stand until 6 months in referigerator and the taste will never change. When we want to eat that food just cooked it by stem it. So easy right?. Until now, i�ve tried to find that food but noone sell it here. I don�t know why, maybe because is the special food J.
